Kiwanis Victoria West: 21 two or three bedroom family townhouse units and 18 one bedroom apartment units for Seniors.

The Vic West Housing Society operates K-West at 222-224 Esquimalt Road in Victoria. The housing project was built by BC Housing in 1991 and the Kiwanis Club of Victoria was asked to operate it. The Vic West Housing Society was formed and manages K West on a non-profit basis. There are 39 units in the complex: 21 two or three bedroom family townhouse units and 18 one bedroom apartment units for Seniors.

Rents are geared to income and can be subsidised by BC Housing. Tenants are selected based on need. Tenants pay 30% of their average gross monthly income in rent. BC Housing makes up the difference between what the tenant pays and what the rent is set at, by subsidy directly to the Society. K West is managed by the Kiwanis Village Society at 1419 Mallek Crescent, Victoria, B.C. V8T 2R3.
